This Old House partnered with local Project Management team Karp Associates of New Canaan for their annual TOH 2019 Idea House project. The project house, in downtown New Canaan, Conn., will be featured in This Old House magazine and on ThisOldHouse.com on PBS in CT. 

Last year, TOH completed the 2018 Idea House in, Narragansett , RI., a craftsman style beach house, and it was a and the Net-Zero Project House! Gotta love that.

This Old House’s Idea House was created to give fans ideas and insight from a concept home that incorporates innovative building materials and inspiring design ideas. It embodies the power of local . The 2019 project in New Canaan is the brand’s fifth, is a 6,000-square-foot Greek Revival home.
